Bathmate Hydromax 7 Wide Boy - hydro pump (clear)

The Bathmate Hydromax 7 Wide Boy (previously called X30 Wide Boy) is the version of the Hydromax 7 designed for thicker penises - with a wider internal chamber plus the Super Comfort Sleeve comfort ring, 35% stronger suction power and a 360° rotatable bellows pump system.

Why is the Bathmate Hydromax 7 Wide Boy hydropump good?

The Hydromax 7 Wide Boy is a version of the classic Hydromax 7 specifically designed for thicker penises - it has the same internal length (for an erect penis length of 12.5-17.5 cm) but a wider internal chamber. While the standard Hydromax 7 fits up to approx. 5.3 cm penis diameter, the Wide Boy increases this to around 6 cm diameter. This matters because if your penis completely fills the inside of a standard pump, the water can’t circulate around it and hydraulic pressure cannot build up - the Wide Boy solves exactly this problem, so that users who are thicker than average can pump with a proper fit. All other functions are the same as with the standard Hydromax 7: 35% stronger suction compared to the original Hydro series, “Just Add Water” principle, bellows pump system with 360° Swivel Bellows rotation, Super Flow latch valve for one‑handed control, and a Super Comfort Sleeve comfort ring. The transparent polycarbonate cylinder lets you see the results and the flow of water during use.

Instructions for use

The Bathmate water‑based (hydro) penis pump can be used in the bath or in the shower. It’s worth following the manufacturer’s official 7‑step routine for safe use and good results.

Correct use of the Bathmate step by step:

• 1. Warm‑up: use it in the bath or shower and gently massage the area so the skin relaxes.
• 2. Filling the pump: close the valve, remove the comfort insert (optional), fill with warm (not hot!) water, then put the insert back.
• 3. Positioning: place the flaccid penis into the pump so that the testicles remain outside the seal. Press the pump firmly against your body for a good seal, tilt it slightly upwards and open the valve (the hand pump bulb can be connected optionally).
• 4. Creating a vacuum: pull the pump towards your body to create a vacuum, then pump up to the comfortably maximum pressure (the suction effect can be further increased by squeezing the optional hand pump bulb).
• 5. Waiting for the effect: keep it on for no more than 3 minutes, adding a little pressure if needed. Then release the vacuum by pressing down the clear valve cap and remove the pump.
• 6. Massage: using an “OK” grip, gently slide your hand from the base of the penis to the glans for about 2 minutes to relax it.
• 7. Repetition: repeat steps 2-6 up to a further two times. The whole routine should not last longer than 15-20 minutes, with use on no more than 5 days per week (e.g. 2 days use, rest day, 3 days, rest day).

Common mistakes to avoid:

• Rushing: always warm up for a few minutes before your session.
• Over‑pumping: higher pressure does not mean better results - always stay at a comfortable level to avoid injury.
• Overdoing it: stick to the recommended 15-20 minutes; using it for too long can cause temporary swelling or reduced sensitivity.

Good to know: the pump also works without water, with air (e.g. in the shower or bathroom), but warm water helps the tissues relax and improves the seal. It is safe for beginners as well - start with low pressure and short sessions.

What to watch out for when using the Bathmate Hydromax 7 Wide Boy hydropump

• Size/fit - the Wide Boy is made for thicker penises. If your girth is under 16.5 cm (approx. 5.3 cm diameter), choose the standard Hydromax 7 instead, as the inside of the Wide Boy may be too roomy for an effective vacuum.
• Gradual increase - start with lower pressure and gradually increase the vacuum.
• Use only water‑based lubricant if needed - oil‑ and silicone‑based lubes can damage the material of the pump.
• Avoid over‑pumping - a continuous session longer than 15 minutes can cause swelling or damage to blood vessel walls.
• Always use with shaved or closely trimmed pubic hair so the comfort ring can seal airtight against the body.
• Before and after use, wash with lukewarm water and mild soap and dry thoroughly.
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• If you feel any pain, numbness or discolouration, stop using the pump.
