Join the Desirel community – register, subscribe, and shop! Every time you do, you’ll collect loyalty points that can be spent freely on your next purchase.

• Credits for registration: 3€
• Credits for confirming newsletter subscription: 5€
• Credits for purchases: 5% of the gross value of regular items (and 2% for discounted products)

Points are credited as soon as your order is successfully completed.

You must use them within 120 days, otherwise they will expire. You can redeem your points all at once or split them across multiple purchases.

What are the conditions for using loyalty points?

You must use your points within 120 days or they will expire.
Points can be redeemed on orders over 25€.
You can use points to cover up to 15% of your order.
Loyalty points cannot be combined with coupon redemptions.

How do I check my loyalty point balance?

Simply log in and go to your profile page. Under the “discounts” tab, you’ll find the number of points available to you.

How do I redeem my points?

During checkout, at the shipping and payment step, you’ll have the option to apply your current loyalty point balance toward your order.

Can I earn loyalty points in-store?

Loyalty points are awarded only for purchases made through our online shop. If you place an order online and choose in-store pickup, your points will still be credited.

Terms of Use:

• Loyalty points can only be used by registered customers.
• Points are earned exclusively for online purchases at Desirel.ie and can only be redeemed online.
• Points are activated once your order is completed and received.
• Points cannot be converted into cash.
• Points are non-transferable to other accounts.
• No points are awarded for canceled or uncollected orders.
• Shipping fees are excluded from point calculation.
• Loyalty points cannot be combined with coupon deals.
• Points cannot be used alongside any promotional coupon redemption.
