If you purchase motorized items or sex toys from Desirel, the following warranty rules apply:
- For items priced between €25 and €616: 2-year warranty
- For items above €616: 3-year warranty
The warranty period begins on the delivery date shown on your invoice. Please note, your invoice also serves as your warranty certificate.
What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not apply to damages or defects that occur after delivery, such as:
- Improper use of the product (unless installed by us or an authorized specialist).
- Using the product outside of its intended purpose or not following the user manual.
- Incorrect storage, mishandling, or physical damage caused after purchase.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.
What should you do if a warranty issue arises?
- Your first option is to request a repair or a replacement of the faulty product.
- If repair or replacement is not possible or would take too long, you may request a price reduction or choose to have the product repaired at your own cost.
- If the defect is major, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase and request a full refund.
Important: For the same defect, you cannot submit both a warranty claim and a statutory complaint at the same time.
