Bathmate Hydromax3 - hydropump (blue)

Why is the Bathmate Hydromax3 good?

The Hydromax3 offers all the benefits of the previous versions, just in a smaller size, so it fits perfectly even for erect penis sizes of up to about 7.5 cm. The water-based system provides up to 35% stronger and more intense pumping than the original Bathmate model, while the Super Comfort Sleeve ensures outstanding comfort. You can use it in the shower or while relaxing in the bath, turning pleasure into a relaxing routine. According to the manufacturer, with regular use over several weeks, length can increase by several centimetres, and girth and volume by as much as 30-40%. It is ideal for those looking for a comfortable, pain-free way to improve sexual performance and size.

Instructions for use

The Bathmate water-based (hydro) penis pump can be used in the bath or in the shower. It is worth following the manufacturer’s official 7-step routine for safe use and good results.

How to use the Bathmate correctly, step by step:

• 1. Warm-up: use it in the bath or shower and gently massage the area so the skin relaxes.
• 2. Filling the pump: close the valve, remove the comfort insert (optional), fill with warm (not hot!) water, then replace the insert.
• 3. Positioning: place the flaccid penis into the pump so that the testicles remain outside the seal. Press the pump firmly against your body for a good seal, tilt it slightly upwards and open the valve (the hand pump bulb can be attached optionally).
• 4. Creating a vacuum: pull the pump towards your body to create a vacuum, then pump until you reach your comfortable maximum pressure (the suction can be further increased by squeezing the hand pump bulb).
• 5. Allowing it to work: keep it on for a maximum of 3 minutes, adding slight pressure as needed. Then release the vacuum by pressing down the clear valve cap and remove the pump.
• 6. Massage: using an “OK” grip, gently slide your hand from the base of the penis to the glans for about 2 minutes to relax it.
• 7. Repetition: repeat steps 2-6 up to a further two times. The entire routine should not last longer than 15-20 minutes; use at most 5 days per week (e.g. 2 days use, rest day, 3 days, rest day).

Common mistakes to avoid:

• Rushing: always warm up for a few minutes before the session.
• Over-pumping: higher pressure does not mean better results - always stay at a comfortable level to avoid injury.
• Overdoing it: keep to the recommended 15-20 minutes; using it for too long can cause temporary swelling or reduced sensitivity.

Good to know: the pump also works without water, using air (e.g. in the shower or bathroom), but warm water helps relax the tissues and improves the seal. It is safe for beginners too - start with low pressure and short sessions.

Things to watch out for when using the Bathmate Hydromax3

• This is the smallest Bathmate model: it fits up to about 7.5 cm erect; for larger sizes, choose a bigger model.
• Lasting results require regular use over several weeks (according to the manufacturer, at least 6 weeks, about 15 minutes a day) - changes are not immediate or guaranteed.
• Use warm (not hot) water and do not exceed the recommended time and pressure; clean with lukewarm soapy water (or a separately available, specialist toy cleaner).
