Essential additions for the best experience:
The brand’s most powerful pump series, now supplied as cylinder only, for medium-large sizes.
Why is the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 hydropump good?
HydroXtreme is Bathmate’s most powerful water pump range, with a new valve and a removable hand ball pump. This version includes only the pump itself, without accessories, so it is a good choice for those who already have the extras. The removable ball pump gives you precise, hand‑controlled suction power. Just a few minutes a day in the bath or shower can make the penis temporarily fuller and harder. The HydroXtreme 7 is designed for medium-large sizes.
Why customers like the HydroXtreme 7 hydropump
- The most powerful Bathmate water vacuum
- Removable hand ball pump for precise control
- New, reliable valve
- Cylinder only: better price if you already have the accessories
- Can be used in the bath or shower
- Transparent, durable cylinder
Who do we recommend it for?
For those who are already familiar with the HydroXtreme system and only want to replace the pump or change size. For erect penis length of 12.5-17.5 cm.

Important points when using the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 pump
- Use it for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time; this is also the recommended upper limit in any 24‑hour period.
- Start with short, 5‑minute sessions and gradually get used to the vacuum.
- Do not over‑pump: excessive vacuum can cause bruising, minor capillary damage and swelling. If you feel any discomfort, immediately release the valve.
- Results are gradual and require regular use, and the pump always works best when used with water, in the bath or shower.
Cleaning instructions
After use, rinse the cylinder thoroughly with clean, lukewarm water, then leave it to air‑dry. For stubborn deposits, use the separately available Bathmate cleaning brush. Do not use harsh chemicals or hot water, as these can damage the material.
