How to use it
Download the KooSync app (App Store / Google Play) to your phone and install the extension to your browser. Pair your SVAKOM device via Bluetooth, then open an interactive video on one of the supported sites - the device will automatically synchronise with the content.

Instructions for use

SVAKOM Bluetooth products can be controlled with two free apps (iPhone and Android): the SVAKOM App and the KooSync App. Pairing is simple with both, and you do not need to register for most functions.

Step‑by‑step Bluetooth pairing (SVAKOM App):

• Download the SVAKOM App free of charge from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• Fully charge the product before first use - a low battery is the most common cause of connection issues.
• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the SVAKOM App and allow the requested permissions (Bluetooth and location access, if prompted).
• Switch on the product and keep it close to your phone - the app will find it and connect automatically.
• You do not need an account for solo use. For Remote Control and Group Mode you must log in for secure sharing.
• After connecting, choose from the modes: Preset (pre‑set patterns), Music, Sound, Touch and Custom (custom pattern), plus partner remote control.

Bluetooth pairing with the KooSync App:

• Download the KooSync App to your phone or tablet; for a larger screen you can also use the KooSync Chrome extension on PC.
• Turn on Bluetooth, open the KooSync app, allow the permissions, then switch on the product - it will connect automatically within a few seconds.
• KooSync provides real‑time, lag‑free synchronisation and also offers video sync: it matches the product to interactive video content frame by frame.
• It supports long‑distance connections for up to 100 users, and can control or synchronise two products at the same time.

If the product does not connect (for both apps):

• Check that the product is charged and compatible with the app.
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and you have granted the app the necessary permissions.
• Close and reopen the app, and turn Bluetooth off and on again in your phone settings.
• Disconnect any other devices that may be connected to the product, and do not choose Guest access before connecting.
• If it still will not connect, restart your phone or reinstall the app.

Good to know: when you receive and answer an incoming phone call, the connection may be interrupted - you can reconnect after the call. Most devices switch off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. Group Mode and video sync work best with a stable internet connection.

Charging connection

• The device can be charged with the USB charging cable.
• The built‑in battery provides a long operating time.

Things to keep in mind when using the Svakom Alex Neo 2 smart thrusting masturbator:

• Clean thoroughly before and after use.
• Use only with water‑based lubricant.
• When storing, make sure it does not come into contact with other silicone toys.
• When cleaning, avoid getting water on the charging port.
• Store in a clean, dry place.
